A Mountain Resort known for it’s thriving community, expansive connection to nature, and stunning views, this property merges luxury and adventure, and is slated for a unit hallway upgrade at its lodge. Centered around families and business travelers alike, this renovation will seek to continue the feeling of the breathtaking arrival and carry a sense of place, comfort, and residential accents from the front entrance to the guest units. Taking cues from the natural surroundings, flora and fauna, and nods to the history of the area, the renovation will modernize and localize the interior corridors.

With economics in mind, the design of the unit hallways is addressed in a three-tiered approach where we provide design options that include utilizing existing features, all new finishes and furnishings, and an option that is a happy medium between the two. This allows for a thorough exploration that can be priced out and evaluated on what is feasible for the client.
