Ocean View Resort GUESTROOMS || Interior Design

A City know for it’s promenade and surf breaks, Seaside Oregon’s namesake is derived from a once historic summer resort built in the 1870s. The Ocean View Resort has been a staple in the community since 1988 located on the promenade and just beyond the dune grass and Pacific ocean waves. Centering around family friendly resort offerings, the repositioning of the resort will be a new way to experience this beach town.

The guestroom design will provide an element of playfulness with layered accents and a beachy material palette. Taking an economic and sustainable approach to enhancing the units, furnishings in good condition will be remaining and new selections will be made from durable materials and bring in bold design moments.
