Blue Hill Creek is a new construction single family home that is centered around being a sharing space. It encourages time to spend with family and loved ones while also enjoying Florida’s coastal waters. The intention with the interiors of the space is to provide a comfortable, modern, and relaxing space for those who stay for the Client’s large family. We teamed up with their local Architecture team to develop the overall interior design language. Our selection of interior architectural elements are rooted in natural materials such as medium wood finishes, stone, light colored walls with depth, feature wallpapers, and balancing metals and glass. Furnishings are modern in styling and infuse color, pattern, and texture into the various spaces but being easy for a family of all ages. The shared spaces like the living room and kitchen are adorned with a more neutral architectural palette while the more private areas infuse more color for added luxury and a sense of retreat. Each bedroom and corresponding bathroom is a bold exploration of color and patterns with the intention of inspiring guests each time on their stay to experience a different room of the home and leave feeling invigorated.
